In addition, you may have risks as they apply to your organization’s compliance and risk management codes, and data management governance rules.
(This EOS notification is only applicable to the specific series codes noted above.)

How do I know if I have these specific SBCs? If you are not sure what SBC are installed in your organization please contact us and our Product Engineers will work directly with you to confirm if this EOS notice affects you.
I received an email regarding this EOS but it is not my area of responsibility? If you received an email from Ribbon but are not responsible for your communications network we suggest forwarding this information to your CIO, CISO, VP of IT, or similar person(s).
We do not have/no longer have this particular equipment. If you replaced your Session Border Controllers, whether with Ribbon products or another manufacturer’s equipment, then you can disregard this notice.
